Service Description

The Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) is required for a MD resident to purchase a regulated firearm. The HQL allows you to purchase and legally keep handguns at your place of residence or business. The MD Wear & Carry course satisfies the requirements for both the HQL and concealed carry, so that course may be a better value. **The cost of this course does not include the cost of the state processing fees, or the required fingerprints and passport photos. There is a company at the range where we'll be meeting that can do the required live-scan fingerprints and passport photos. By booking this course, you consent to allow RTD365 to use photos taken during your training session to be used for marketing purposes, without consideration for payment. *** By booking this course you waive any and all rights and claims for damages, losses, demands and any other actions, which exist or which may arise Ready To Defend 365 LLC, (including, but not limited to any and all injuries, damages or illnesses suffered, which may, in any way whatsoever, arise out of, be related to or be connected with: discharging firearms, the Premises, including any latent defect in the Premises; your presence on or use of Premises; your property (whether or not entrusted to Ready To Defend 365 LLC); Ready To Defend 365 LLC, shall not be liable for, and you hereby expressly releases Ready To Defend 365 LLC from any and all such claims. This waiver is both personal and on behalf of any minor for whom it is executed. Persons under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present during class. You hereby expressly assume the risk of entering the Premises and taking part in activities on the Premises which include but are not limited to the discharge of firearms and the firing of live ammunition; or observing individuals discharging firearms; & the use of the facilities.
