Service Description

The Maryland Handgun Permit (HGP) is a license that allows you to conceal carry a handgun on your person in public. This course satisfies the training requirements set out by the State of MD for Conceal Carry. This course also meets and exceeds the requirements for the MD HQL. While MD does not recognize any other state's concealed carry permits, there are several states that will recognize your MD permit. **This course does not include the cost of MD's application fees, fingerprinting fees, or cost of passport photo required by State of MD. There is a company at the range where we'll be training that can do your fingerprints and passport. By booking this course, you consent to allow RTD365 to use photos taken during your training session to be used for marketing purposes, without consideration for payment. *** By booking this course you waive any and all rights and claims for damages, losses, demands and any other actions, which exist or which may arise Ready To Defend 365 LLC, (including, but not limited to any and all injuries, damages or illnesses suffered, which may, in any way whatsoever, arise out of, be related to or be connected with: discharging firearms, the Premises, including any latent defect in the Premises; your presence on or use of Premises; your property (whether or not entrusted to Ready To Defend 365 LLC); Ready To Defend 365 LLC, shall not be liable for, and you hereby expressly releases Ready To Defend 365 LLC from any and all such claims. This waiver is both personal and on behalf of any minor for whom it is executed. Persons under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present during class. You hereby expressly assume the risk of entering the Premises and taking part in activities on the Premises which include but are not limited to the discharge of firearms and the firing of live ammunition; or observing individuals discharging firearms; & the use of the facilities. You furthermore hereby acknowledge and agree that he/she has read, understands and will at all times abide by all Ready To Defend 365 LLC rules, instructions, procedures, safety rules, and any and all Range Safety Officer instructions, whether communicated in writing, posted on the premises & communicated verbally.
