Service Description

This training course will satisfy the training prerequisite needed to apply for the MD and the DC Concealed Carry Permit(s). This will also allow you to conceal carry in 20 states outside of DC and MD. Virginia accepts or acknowledges non-resident conceal carry permits from both MD and DC, so you would be able to conceal carry legally across the DMV area. This course does not include registration, application, processing, fingerprinting or photo fees required for the state's application processes. **Please be aware that all of our classes are hybrid courses. We conduct our Zoom sessions weekly on Thursday at 7PM. The zoom information will be sent out via email once you successfully register for the class. By booking this course, you consent to allow RTD365 to use photos taken during your training session to be used for marketing purposes, without consideration for payment. ** By booking this course you waive any and all rights and claims for damages, losses, demands and any other actions, which exist or which may arise Ready To Defend 365 LLC, (including, but not limited to any and all injuries, damages or illnesses suffered, which may, in any way whatsoever, arise out of, be related to or be connected with: discharging firearms, the Premises, including any latent defect in the Premises; your presence on or use of Premises; your property (whether or not entrusted to Ready To Defend 365 LLC); Ready To Defend 365 LLC, shall not be liable for, and you hereby expressly releases Ready To Defend 365 LLC from any and all such claims. This waiver is both personal and on behalf of any minor for whom it is executed. Persons under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present during class. You hereby expressly assume the risk of entering the Premises and taking part in activities on the Premises which include but are not limited to the discharge of firearms and the firing of live ammunition; or observing individuals discharging firearms; & the use of the facilities. You furthermore hereby acknowledge and agrees that he/she has read, understands and will at all times abide by all Ready To Defend 365 LLC rules, instructions, procedures, safety rules, and any and all Range Safety Officer instructions, whether communicated in writing, posted on the premises & communicated verbally. This instrument binds you and his/her guests, executors, administrators, assignees or heir.
